We are exited to share this recently completed GP centre in Wednesbury. This project included the conversion of an existing children’s day care centre into 4 consulting rooms with associated clinical support spaces, reception, waiting area and staff support. The works to the building consisted of complete demolition of all internal walls to allow for a new layout to be constructed within the existing envelope and a small extension constructed to the front. Works were done to improve the buildings overall environmental performance through improved insulation levels to achieve better u-values and existing PV panels repaired and connected to supply energy to the grid. The new facility will support local residents, allowing the practice to grow and cope with increasing demands in the area.
