This project compromises a new theatre block for a Private Healthcare Provider, which includes 2 theatres, recovery and single ward. In addition, a consulting suite and the provision of full support services for this stand-alone facility. The scheme also has the capability for up to 24-hour care with overnight facilities. This project is intended to be a luxury private hospital utilising modern design and high-end finishes. The development will have a modern, high quality look. The building will reflect the design of the existing, surrounding structures, but with a modernised, updated feel. The building will mirror the modern aesthetic of the retail units which are positioned near the approach to the new site. This site is being developed to provide a specialist weight loss surgery facility, providing a wide range of Bariatric procedures and aftercare to its patients. The client already has 9 established surgery centers nationwide and is a well-established centre of excellence providing weight loss surgeries at their clinics in Birmingham, Cardiff, Derby, Leeds, Leicester, London and Nottingham.
