We were the architects on the team reviewing 4 Boroughs in London; Hammersmith, Fulham, Bexley and Southwark, evaluating 70 GP practices and health centres to understand current requirements and expansion possibility. The aim of this detailed analysis into the NHS existing estate in London was to evaluate how they could maximise the existing care infrastructure to see how they could address health inequalities and increase levels of care throughout the community. The reports looked at deprivation, patient list size, age, population growth trends and various other factors in order to plan and deliver the necessary transformational changes and integrated services that would improve clinical outcomes and access for patients.
